Excellent management and outstanding service from this Singaporean based company sets this property apart. Well designed, ideally located, clean and comfortable. Guests will enjoy the attractive sunset-facing pool deck, great lounge area and well-equipped gym. A free shuttle also takes you to some favorite nearby spots like Emporium. Stayed twice for over a month each time in both a kind deluxe and two bedroom suite.

My second stay at Ascott Thonglor surpassed my expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, and the hotel's cleanliness was impressive. The top-notch facilities added to my overall enjoyment. I absolutely loved the studio executive room I booked. It was incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The room was always impeccably cleaned, and the amenities were promptly replenished, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience. The view from my 25th-floor room was amazing, overlooking a famous rooftop bar. During my previous stay in 2022, I experienced some issues with inconsistent hot water supply in the bathroom. However, I noticed significant improvements during this recent stay, although there is still room for further enhancement. Additionally, there was occasionally a slight odor in the bathroom, especially in the early morning or late at night. I hope the hotel can address and improve upon this. Overall, my experience at Ascott Thonglor was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking excellent service, cleanliness, and fantastic facilities. I am grateful for the wonderful stay I had and eagerly anticipate returning in the future.

This room we stayed at was lovely and we had a fantastic view. Very comfortable too. The staff were very helpful. However, the quality of the breakfast very poor and not 5 star hotel standard. The croissants were terrible, the orange juice was concentrate and not fresh and the overall quality was sub standard. This needs massive improvement and more of a 3 star quality at best.

Pros: What a fantastic property: from the cordial and exceptionally friendly staff, to the lovely makeup of your room for our anniversary, to the immaculate room and excellent Wifi, it was an excellent overnight stay. Next time we’ll stay longer. Cons: Really wish they didn’t use smaller toiletry size cosmetics by the sink as it’s not environmentally friendly. Also don’t see any recycling containers? Pool water is unfortunately chilly. The complimentary two drinks per person per day is a nice touch and the views from the pool are stunning. Basic but decent fitness Center. Great location only 3 minute walk from Thonglor Lo metro and plenty of restaurants around. Love the room’s complimentary dried fruit snacks as well! Really appreciated the room on the higher floor with the washer, as well as staff offering a drying rack.

This was a great hotel with fantastic service and a brilliant location only 5 minutes walk from the skyline. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating by booking a taxi for us at 3/4am for a good price. The taxi driver did refuse to give us back any change (we ended up paying double the price that was quoted) but I feel that we were quite unlucky with that.
